Greensgrow will be hosting an informal, group learning of nomenclature and taxonomy. There will be a selection of 1-3 flowering plants and we will collectively work through identifying all morphological parts of the flower and selected plant material. For those who are well versed with plant morphology and want to brush up, or those who are interested learning a new vocabulary, come join, listen and hang out with us! And if you have good plant keys, bring them in!
The first and third Thursday evening of every month at 7pm.
NOTE: These sessions do not address garden consultations or edability of plants, nor are we a diagnostic service. We welcome everyone of every skill level, but please come prepared to work with latin plant names and technical plant specifications.
If you’re interested in coming, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
