Sold out! Chef Gregg Ciprioni, Culinary Development Chef for the Garces Group and all-around food wizard and stand-up gentleman, will be in the Greensgrow Community Kitchen teaching about Masa de Maiz, which is the corn dough made from fresh hominy that is the base for tamales, fresh tortillas and other Mexican culinary staples. In addition, Gregg will be showing how to butcher a duck and how to turn that lovely fowl into the day’s main course: Duck Barbacoa with Queso Fundido. Everyone will learn how to make fresh tortillas at home.
