Join us for a perfect Saturday morning on the farm with a great pair; Blind Tiger Coffee and Okie Dokie Donuts! We’ll have lots of places to relax and hang out among the flora and fauna on the farm.
Okie Dokie Donuts specializes in delicious, artisanal, small-batch donuts. It was started as a fun side project in 2012 by Carol Ha, as a way to spread happiness with donuts that just happen to be gluten free. Since then, Okie Dokie has grown into a full-time business that offers donut catering and retail pop-ups at select venues throughout the Philadelphia area.
Owner and chef Carol Ha got her start in pastry working at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, UT and has worked in kitchens all over Philadelphia including La Colombe, Martha, the Dandelion, and the Walnut Street Café. In 2019, Ha decided go full-time, expanding from a one woman operation to a duo—Bill Kelly joined as Okie Dokie’s joint-owner and operations manager and head donut fryer.
Blind Tiger Coffee has been roasting coffee in Philadelphia since 2017. They think everyone can enjoy a good cup of coffee and actively work each day to offer retail coffee and coffee services that are fair, approachable, and open to everyone. Blind tigers were a speakeasy for the common folk, they chose this name to embody this idea. And they like jokes.
