Fall Fest Vendor Application


The Subaru Fall Festival at Greensgrow Farms is on October 6, 2018 from 10am–4pm, rain or shine. This is a fun and festive neighborhood event that has traditionally drawn a large crowd from the region that highlights the harvest season and shows off the talent in our neighborhood to the Greensgrow & Subaru communities. The application is below.

The cost is $40/$55 for a 10’ x 10’ foot space on E. Cumberland or Gaul Street. Vendors are asked to bring their own tent that fits in the 10’ x 10’ space as the event is rain or shine. Vendors are expected to attend regardless of the weather and stay for the duration of the event. If your application is accepted we will send you a link for payment to reserve the space.

We have limited space at the event, application and/or prior participation DOES NOT imply acceptance. Please do not email Greensgrow employees or call the office with inquiries. Thanks for understanding!

Application deadline: extended!

Notification of acceptance (on or before): We will contact you only if you have been accepted. This is on a rolling basis.

Payment due to reserve your space: If you are accepted, we will contact you with payment information.

Set Up: Vendor set up starts at 9 am, vendors must be set up by 10 am and stay for the entire day, rain or shine. Everyone will get a 10 foot space. Vendors supply their own tent, table and chairs. Spaces will be assigned on the day.

Selling Food: If you have not specifically been accepted as a food vendor, please do not bring food items to sell or sample.

Notes: The event will take place all over the Greensgrow property as well as on E. Cumberland, Gaul and E. Firth Streets. Almond street stays open to traffic. We cannot predict the weather, be prepared. There will be refreshments available during the event, but you may want to bring water, snacks, food. You may want to bring a friend to give you a break when you need to grab a bite or take a bathroom break.
