    8. Cranberry Orange Relish - Top

    Vegan
    a family recipe

    1 lb. cranberries
    1-2 cups sugar (depending on your taste)
    ½ cup water
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    ½ cup orange juice
    ½ cup slivered almonds

    Combine all but almonds in saucepan and cook until the berries pop open – about 10 minutes. Skim foam from the surface, add almonds, and cool.
