1 Tbl. Butter 2 scallions (spring onions), thinly sliced 1 lb. sugar snap peas salt & black pepper.
Heat the butter in a pan set over medium-high heat. Add the scallions and toss for a few seconds. Add the peas and a few tablespoons of water. Cook, stirring, until tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve immediately. - Updated: January 19, 2007
