    87. Grilled Brussels Sprouts - Top

    Unless they are very small, Brussels sprouts should be cut in half and threaded on skewers before grilling. Brush the Brussels sprouts with a little olive oil during grilling or marinate them and brush them during grilling with teriyaki sauce. Turn the Brussels sprouts from time to time on the grill until golden but not charred, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve the Brussels sprouts right off the grill when they're almost too hot to eat. Count on about 20 Brussels sprouts for 4 servings - fewer if you're serving other grilled vegetables. - Updated: January 16, 2007
