Slice all vegetables approximately 1/4" thick. Place tomato slices on paper towels to drain off some of the liquid.
Spray a casserole with pam and put in even layer of onions. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil and garlic powder and bake for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and do the same with the zucchini slices, (oil, garlic, baking, etc.)
Remove again and top with tomato slices and again use oil, garlic and finally top with shredded mozzarella chees. Bake again 4-5 minutes and you are in for a savory treat.
