3/4 lb hamburger 5 eggs 1/2 cup mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste 1 9" pie crust 1/2 cup milk 1 cup Swiss cheese 1 cup Cheddar cheese Garlic salt
Brown hamburger with a little garlic salt and set aside. Put pie crust into quiche pan. In bowl beat 5 eggs. Add salt and pepper, cooked hamburger 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup milk. Beat well by hand. Fold in Swiss and Cheddar Cheese and pour into pie crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. - Updated: January 19, 2007
