Here's a recipe created by Katera - a shareholder- directions are loose, but why don't you experiment and see what you can create.
Steam or boil squash - until desired consistency (should easily pierce a fork through it) Prepare Bacalao (boil or soak) - until desired taste Sauté onions, leeks or garlic (whatever's available) Add other veggies according to preference (tomatoes, peppers, etc.) Add Bacalao Add squash Season to taste (avoid adding salt) Enjoy! - Updated: March 14, 2005
