    46. Moroccan Cabbage and Orange Salad - Top

    serves 6

    1/2 small head green cabbage (12 oz.), cored and shredded
    3 medium oranges, peeled and cut into skin-free segments
    5 Tbs. orange juice
    3 Tbl raisins
    2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
    2 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours. Drain lightly before serving. - Updated: January 16, 2007
