Vegan From Green Cuisine, Anna Ross Serves: 4 1 medium kohlrabi 2 carrots 1 apple juice of 1 lemon 100g (4oz) peanuts 3 tbsp mustard seeds 3 tbsp olive oil Kohlrabi is a bit like a turnip but is mild and crisp with a delicate nutty flavor. It is delicious grated raw in salads or can just be steamed.
1. Peel and grate the kohlrabi. Wash and grate the carrots and apple. Mix with the lemon juice and add the peanuts.
