Bio-Diesel

We all like a good basket of French fries now and then and many times we feel guilty about eating them afterwards. Enjoy those pommes frittes from our local restaurtants knowing that you are contributing to the local food system even if you might be also contributing to your waist line. Why bother? Why not? Biodiesel is simple to make, biodegradable, nontoxic, and essentially free of sulfur and aromatics. It's the only alternative fuel to have fully completed the health effects testing requirements of the Clean Air Act. "The use of biodiesel in a conventional diesel engine results in substantial reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and particulate matter compared to emissions from diesel fuel." Seems like reason enough for us.
