She will demonstrate, step-by-step how to make a seitan roast filled with stuffing, roasted brussels sprouts, mushroom pan gravy and dessert. Everyone will get to enjoy dinner at the end of our class.
Miss Rachel’s Pantry began as an itty bitty kitchen in 2007, to fill a need for homestyle vegan eats. It has grown into a full service catering company; a brick and mortar location where they serve Saturday Night Farmhouse Table Dinners, a weekly meals service and cooking classes.
