We will cover proper fermentation techniques, some of the known health benefits of fermented foods and we’ll make small batch kimchi.
She’ll make a traditional fall Baechu kimchi with daikon, ginger, napa cabbage, and hot peppers. Everybody will get their own jar of kimchi to ferment at home.
